In a bid to expand its product portfolio, Flour Mills developed an affordable premium-packaged garri product in 1kg and 5kg packages under the Golden Penny brand. The agency was engaged to develop and implement a 360 marketing plan (concept development, production, activation, digital marketing, media deployment) in order to effectively introduce the product to the market and to push sales. Our sales and activation team executed a 20 day experiential sales activation focusing on neighborhoods in Lagos state and popular worship centers. At the end of the activation, 95% sales increase was recorded with over 10 tons of the product sold.
