IWD- Shades Of African Beauty Campaign

Discomfort Group was straddled with the task of using the International Women’s day global celebration as an opportunity for NIVEA to demonstrate that as a brand, they see the beauty in diversity and also support the beauty ideals of every woman. The IWD coincidentally also falls at the scheduled start of the Natural Fairness campaign. Agency was to use this opportunity to reconnect with consumers and generate positive conversation for the brand.
The video was deployed across Beiersdorf Africa region social media platforms garnering over 535,000 views on YouTube.
